Scholarship Guidelines

MARTHA RYBINSKI ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP

APPLICATION DUE:  September 11, 2019

The Scholarship Award is $350.00

The scholarship is open to students entering or presently attending a 4-year, 2-year college or technical school with the following criteria:

A cumulative GPA of 2.75 or above
Accepted admission to a 4-year, 2-year or technical school
A resident of Clifton Heights or whose parents are residents of Clifton Heights
Completing a CHNA Scholarship Application
An essay on why you deserve to be awarded the CHNA Scholarship (Limited to one page please)
Any application not completed in full will not be considered for the scholarship
A copy of your proof of admission/current enrollment
Proof of GPA

Timeline:  The application period for 2019 starts July 1 and ends September 11, 2019.  Any applications postmarked or e-marked after September 11, 2019, will not be eligible.

The winner will be announced at the 2019 Party in the Park, Saturday, September 28!
